I am Laura Jarrait, the founder of Eat Well. Move Well. Live Well. – the home of intuitive eating and weight loss coaching for women who adore good food.

Just like you, I love all the good foods – there are soooo many delicious things to try, but my time in two great food cities really started to take its toll.
My eating was taking over the rest of my life and I watched the pounds creep on, so I started to restrict certain foods, try various diets, and get anxious whenever I was menu-planning or going out to eat. What used to be simple and great joy was turning into a thing.
Ugh!

I quickly figured this out:
I didn’t want to exercise myself to death, and as a passionate home cook, I am serious about the delicious pleasure that food is…
And so I found a way to have my cake (or chips, as the case may be!) and eat it too – to shift my eating and movement habits in a way that is easeful, sustainable, even MORE pleasurable than before, all while watching the extra pounds and mental stress fall away.
