Happy Spring!

Some of you have been with me for a while and some of you barely know me.

It’s been almost 5 years since I moved from New Orleans to Charleston (hard to believe?!) and work life has changed a lot for me.  It’s been a wild ride to watch some passions recede and others come to the fore and continually figure out how put something that matters out into the world!

So, I am beyond excited to announce the official launch of my intuitive eating, weight loss, and wellness coaching business:

Eat Well. Move Well. Live Well.

It’s way past time to bring what has been a side passion of cooking and eating delicious food and helping others do the same to the fore. And combining these passions with the skills I’ve been honing for years of teaching mindfulness and integration of the whole of life into something that is rewarding and enjoyable feels very much like an idea whose time has come.

So in the fun spirit of reintroducing myself, to you:

I’m Laura Jarrait and I work with women who adore good food but feel like it’s running or ruining their lives. They don’t want to diet or quit socializing around food but are tired of feeling less than their best and guilty, obsessive, or confused about what they eat. I help them keep the pleasure and drop the stressful thinking and extra weight, so they feel confident, light and free — all without ending their love affair with food!

While I primarily work with women, if any men out there resonate with what you read here, I’m happy to talk to see if we’re a good fit!

Over the years, I’ve helped two different partners lose significant amounts of weight, and I’ve been working with clients behind the scenes for a while now that have been able to achieve the following things:

  • End stressful and obsessive thinking about food, weight, and diets
  • Feel confident about what to eat without adhering to a set of rules or rigid plan
  • Enjoy their food and their lives MORE not less
  • Lose pounds and inches in the process
  • Change their AND their family’s eating patterns in way that is easeful and enjoyable!

With the wider launch of this business, I’ll be sending out a weekly (and much shorter!) newsletter/blog that will include my best tips and tricks on how to eat well and thrive at your natural weight.

For those who love to cook and and explore the wonderful world of food, I’ll also be including a list of “what I ate this week” and a recipe of the week to spark your creative fire!

There will also be occasional musings on my other passions of moving well and living well, as well as news about Akashic Records and BodyTalk Heaing work. Nothing has disappeared, just changing shape and priority!
