Had made a plan then got to the store and saw all the fish on sale, so re-grouped.  Lots of seafood this week.

We had a big brunch with Scott’s parents and didn’t eat dinner.

Zucchini Fritters with Smoked Salmon and Lemon-Dill Aioli
Corn, Tomato, and Basil Salad — so many cherry tomatoes from our garden!

Friday
Grilled Shrimp, Zucchini, and Shishito Peppes with Chimichurri
Fried plantains with my Tomatillo-Spinach Guacamole

Saturday
Grilled burgers (no bun)
Asparagus and all the Peas Salad with Feta and Mint

Dessert Special
Peaches and Cream Pie

My Cucumber-Gin Gimlet with muddled tarragon — on point!
