Grilled Basil Steak with Eggplant, Peppers, and Radicchio

Monday
Everyday Salmon Cakes (get the recipe)
Brussel Sprout and Apple Slaw with Poppy-Seed Vinaigrette

Tuesday
Walked to La Tabella – our local Italian place
Pizza and Chopped Salad

Wednesday
Southwest Turkey Burgers with Pico de Gallo and Avocado (no bun)
Cucumber, Radish, and Orange Salad (radishes from our garden!)

We ground the turkey ourselves using the Kitchen-Aid attachment.  This is so easy and worth it!

Thursday
Shrimp Ceviche (out at a fundraising event)
Thai Lamb Salad (get the recipe — this would be equally good with other meats or fish)

Friday
Dinner at a friend’s house

Cheese and Crackers
Salmon Quiche
Asparagus and Potatoes
Green Salad

Saturday
Went to visit Scott’s parents for his mom’s birthday — it is soooo nice to be cooked for!

Steak and Shrimp
Sweet Potato Fries (first time trying something cooked in an Air Fryer – loved it!)
Green Salad
Coconut Lemon Birthday Cake!

Cocktail Bonus – Blackberry Gin Fizz (get the recipe!)

Dessert Bonus – Malted Chocolate Ice Cream (I’ve been loving my ice cream maker this summer!)
