Shrimp and artichoke scampi over zucchini noodles
used the leftover grilled artichoke hearts from last week for this — what a treat!

Apple Pie and Ice Cream in memory of my Dad on his birthday!

Saturday
went to our neighborhood Italian we can walk to – La Tabella
Split their chopped salad and lasagna and still had leftovers!
